Around San Benedetto: Punta Grò beach

Punta Grò beach is located a few kilometers from San Benedetto Camping Relais.

It is really easy to reach, either by foot or bike, following the cycle path to Sirmione. Reached the second roundabout after the Lidl, just go down to the lake along the road on the right.

Punta Grò is a splendid natural oasis. It offers a grassy and shady beach, thanks to the presence of trees and bushes. The seabed in front of the coast is sandy and gravelly.
At the beginning of the walk, there is also a pier and a little ladder to comfortably go down into the water, for a swim or for water sports.

The view of the lake that extends from the beach is characterized by the presence of beautiful rushes of different sizes, generally detached from the shore and more or less dense, which host ducks, dips and other splendid elements of our typical lake fauna.

You can have a walk sorrounded by the sounds and smells of this nature, surrounded by the beauty of the lake. You can lie down and relax, sunbathe, walking, enjoying the breeze of Lake Garda.
